Cocktail sausages

Alder-smoked, traditional cocktail sausages made from a well-balanced combination of beef from our West Swedish grass-fed animals and organic pork from Ragnarsson's farm in Tvååker, just outside Halland. The solid craftsmanship is signed by MälarChark, who have seasoned the sausage with nutmeg, paprika, and onion. It is, of course, completely free from E-numbers, nitrites, and artificial flavor enhancers. These delicious cocktail sausages are a must-have on every Easter, Midsummer, or Christmas table!

Quick and waste-smart weekday dinner! Our hash pieces are made from our delicious cooked salt-cured beef, which has been cured in a nitrite-free brine and then sous-vide cooked by the skilled food artisans at KustCharken, finally cut into smaller, hash-friendly pieces. Supplement with fridge clear-out items such as a leftover sausage from yesterday's dinner and some sad vegetables or root vegetables, and you'll have a waste-smart and tasty hash ready in no time! Salted pork shoulder

The hidden gem with a lot of potential! You encounter pork shoulder more often in stores than you think, but under names like pork stew meat or shredded pork. Our cured version is cut with rind and fat cap for maximum flavor and juiciness, and is a savory all-round favorite for both everyday meals and celebrations. For a quick weeknight savior, you can dice the meat into bite-sized pieces and fry them up into a quick hash with your refrigerator leftovers. It also enhances a classic pea soup and is excellent among all the delicacies of the Christmas buffet. Cured pork hock

The best friend of mashed swede and pea soup! Our nitrite-free, cured pork hock is cut with both bone and rind intact, which releases incredible flavours during slow cooking. First, boil the hock in unsalted water with flavourings such as onion, bay leaf and allspice berries, then finish it off in the oven. Give your barbecue an exciting twist with smoking wood from Smålandsstenar! Chunks are, simply put, wood pieces of various sizes that are suitable for use in most grills and smokers. Roast beef fillet

The topside fillet is as rich as it is tender and is often called the "little sister" to the beef tenderloin. Rump steak with a fat cap

A good and somewhat unusual roast, also known as picanha or rump cap. The rump steak is attached to the topside but is significantly more tender. The cut of meat also lies like a cap over the sirloin and therefore makes a good roast. Unlike other roasts, which are round or oval, the rump steak is rather triangular and is therefore excellent for stuffing. Sirloin

Classic steak. The sirloin is located on the outside of the ribs and lumbar vertebrae on the hindquarter. When we butcher it, we keep the fat cap, which contributes to the good flavor, so leave it on during cooking. The muscle fibers of the sirloin run diagonally, so pay attention when slicing the meat and make sure the cut is made across the muscle fibers. The sauce contains 45% of the notorious chili variety Trinidad Scorpion Yellow, which can reach up to 1 million Scoville units.
