Hot, Spanish flavours meet Bohuslän grass-fed beef in our incredibly tasty chorizo! Seasoned with onion, paprika, cayenne pepper and cumin, and like our other sausages, it has a high meat content of 93%. The chorizo is packed with flavourful beef, seasoned with a carefully selected combination of spices, leaving no room for nitrites, E-numbers, flavour enhancers or other fillers.
According to some, the obvious choice when hamburgers are on the menu! Chuck has good marbling and a lot of membranes and connective tissue – properties that make our fine chuck mince incredibly flavorful. The mince has a fat content of about 15%, which gives it good binding properties, and we freeze it immediately after grinding! Marbled, tender steak. Entrecôte is located between the chuck and the sirloin, and is one of the most marbled cuts on the animal. It is characterized by its intramuscular fat and a strip of fat in the middle. Grass-feeding gives the fat a mild and rounded flavor, and dry-aging for 7–14 days helps to concentrate the flavors in the cut. Best suited for grilling or pan-frying in slices, but can also be advantageously cooked whole. Now we have developed an even fattier mince for those who want more of a good thing! The fat content, combined with flavorful cuts such as neck, shank, and brisket, provides a truly rich meat flavor that is particularly well-suited for dishes where you want the meat to take center stage – such as hamburgers, meatballs, or a hearty bolognese. Germany meets Halland in Gröna Gårdar's own bratwurst! Our bratwurst is seasoned with, among other things, garlic, cumin and marjoram and, just like our other sausages, has a high meat content of 79%. The bratwurst is full of flavourful pork from Erik Ragnarsson & Sofia Warefelt's farm in Halland and is, of course, free from nitrite, e-numbers, flavour enhancers or other fillers.
Alder-smoked, traditional cocktail sausages made from a well-balanced combination of beef from our West Swedish grass-fed animals and organic pork from Ragnarsson's farm in Tvååker, just outside Halland. The solid craftsmanship is signed by MälarChark, who have seasoned the sausage with nutmeg, paprika, and onion. It is, of course, completely free from E-numbers, nitrites, and artificial flavor enhancers. These delicious cocktail sausages are a must-have on every Easter, Midsummer, or Christmas table!
Spicy artisan sausage with a meaty texture thanks to the coarsely ground lamb and beef from our grass-fed animals and a high meat content of 94%. Delicious sausage with a "falukorv" character, made from our flavorful and grass-fed beef! The Gruvkorv was developed in collaboration with MälarChark and is free from nitrite, e-numbers, and other additives. This everyday classic is perfect in a creamy stroganoff or with macaroni and cheese. P.S. The reason for the name "Gruvkorv" (Mine Sausage) is that this type of sausage can only be called Falukorv if it contains nitrite, which we do not want in our products!

Lamb fillet is a very small cut and is best suited as a stylish starter or served with other cuts and accompaniments, for example from the grill. Grill or fry whole at a high temperature to get a good sear, then finish in the oven at a low temperature. Season with Mediterranean spices such as lemon, thyme, rosemary or mint. The chuck roll consists of several different muscles, and the chuck eye – also called the chuck eye log – is the part of the ribeye that extends into the chuck roll. This cut is the most tender part of the chuck roll and has a lot of intramuscular fat bursting with flavor! Varje burgare väger 120 gram och pressas för hand innan den styckfryses en och en. Därefter handvakuumpackas den omsorgsfullt, så att du enkelt kan ta fram precis så många puckar du behöver – direkt från frysen till stekpannan eller grillen. Detta är hamburgare utan krångel, med ett gediget hantverk bakom. Inga fyllnads- eller bindemedel, E-nummer eller andra tillsatser. Perfekt att alltid ha hemma i frysen för snabba middagar, spontana grillkvällar eller när du bara vill göra en riktigt bra burgare utan att behöva börja från början. These slices of roast beef cook quickly on the grill and are therefore perfect to serve at gatherings with many guests.
