Round of beef

Delicious roast. As it comes from the hindquarter, the silverside has relatively more connective tissue and therefore needs to be cooked for a bit longer. However, connective tissue in itself is not a negative thing; in fact, if prepared correctly, it can contribute significantly to a rich flavor. The silverside is located between the topside and the outside flat, and several smaller roasts can be cut from it. It also works perfectly as a whole roast; the trick is to cook it at a relatively low temperature. If you buy 2 packages or more, you get a 10% discount. Round of beef

Between the topside and silverside is the flavorful eye of round. The secret behind its rich flavor is, among other things, that the cut is rich in connective tissue, but it requires loooong cooking at a low temperature for the flavors to be released.

Farmhouse cheese

A grainy, medium-aged cheese made from unpasteurised milk from grass-fed animals. The taste is buttery, tartly fruity and has a certain spiciness. The cheese has been aged for about 5 – 7 months, but if you are looking for a stronger flavour from the edible, reddish-brown rind, the cheese can be aged for a while longer after delivery. Thanks to its flavourful character, the cheese is perfect both as a topping and on a charcuterie board. The natural rind means that some cheeses have traces of wild mould that form white or dark spots on the orange rind. This does not affect the cheese itself and is harmless.

Green Fries

Sweden's best and crispiest fries! Green Fries are the perfect shortcut when you want to whip up steak frites without compromising an inch on either taste or prime ingredients! The fries are made from carefully selected and KRAV-certified ingredients from local Scanian farmers – the potatoes are grown a couple of kilometers from the fry kitchen, and the rapeseed oil comes from Gunnarshögs Gård in Österlen. Green Fries started as a fun project by childhood friends Simon and Fritjof with the ambition to make Sweden's best fries that actually taste like potatoes, completely without unnecessary additives.

Grilled pieces

Small, tender pieces from the whole animal. "Grillbitar" (grilling pieces) are not an actual cut of meat, but rather small pieces that are tender enough to be suitable for outdoor cooking in summer, for example, on a grill or a muurikka. The meat consists of trimmings from the whole animal, primarily from sirloin, ribeye, beef tenderloin, tip sirloin, chuck, and roast beef, and is cut into pieces weighing approximately 50–150g. Pig box

Our pork box contains organic, flavorful and dry-aged pork. It consists of a nice mix of pork cuts and minced pork, and you'll find, for example, chops for grilling, pork belly for frying or slow-roasting, and minced meat for shaping! New for 2025 is that you also get pork loin with rind, which becomes wonderfully crispy and crunchy in the oven. The meat's fine and rich flavor suits all occasions, both everyday and special!

Pig's feet

Pigs' trotters have lived a secluded life, only occasionally appearing on a Christmas smorgasbord. They have a mild flavor with plenty of rind, collagen, and a little meat. They are best suited for boiling or oven-roasting. They produce a broth rich in gelatin thanks to the pig's collagen-rich rind. The trotters are sold frozen in packages with 1–2 trotters each. Pig heart

The pig's heart is a tender cut that can almost be compared to pork tenderloin, but with a more distinct meaty flavor. The pig's heart can advantageously be seared first and then added to a stew. Alternatively, you can fry or even grill the pig's heart, but in these cases, it should first be marinated. A third way is to smoke the heart, which becomes a true delicacy! Pork liver

Pork liver is perfect for making liver pâté, liver sausage, and liverwurst. Pork liver can also be cut into thin strips, browned, and form the base for a rich liver stew. Our pork liver has a rich yet distinct flavour. If you want to mellow this flavour, you can soak it in milk or water for an hour. Feel free to season with strong flavours such as mustard, capers, horseradish, chili, garlic, ginger, or black pepper. Pig kidney

Pork kidney is a delicacy that can be flavored with cognac or Madeira. Pork kidney should be fried over high heat in a frying pan; if the heat is too low, it will release liquid and become boiled instead of fried. If you want to mellow the taste, you should soak it in milk or water for an hour before cooking. Remember to cut the kidney lengthwise and remove the tendon in the middle as well as the white membrane that may remain on the outside. Heavy-tongued

Pork tongue is a classic but somewhat forgotten delicacy that we highly recommend trying! It is finely textured and becomes soft and tender when cooked for a long time. You can, for example, serve it as a main course, similar to pork hock, as a sandwich topping, or as part of a buffet or charcuterie board. The tongue should preferably be brined first and then boiled. After boiling, when the tongue is still warm, peel off the skin, which is easy to do with a small knife. Mining Sausage

Delicious sausage with a "falukorv" character, made from our flavorful and grass-fed beef! The Gruvkorv was developed in collaboration with MälarChark and is free from nitrite, e-numbers, and other additives. This everyday classic is perfect in a creamy stroganoff or with macaroni and cheese. P.S. The reason for the name "Gruvkorv" (Mine Sausage) is that this type of sausage can only be called Falukorv if it contains nitrite, which we do not want in our products!
