We grind our mince from a carefully selected blend of dry-aged shanks, briskets, and necks from our grass-fed animals. As each animal is unique and has its own individual composition, the fat content varies slightly, but it is typically around 15%. The slightly higher fat content results in a flavorful and easy-to-work mince that you can easily shape into patties and meatballs. Fill this week's dinner menu with bolognese, rissoles, meatballs, seekh kebab, cabbage pudding, chili con carne, pan-fried patties, kofta, cabbage rolls, meatloaf, "parisare", stuffed bell peppers, stuffed vine leaves, hearty stews, meat soups, fricadelles, hamburger patties... our beef mince is perfect for everything!

Endless possibilities. Our flavourful minced beef is ground from cuts such as neck, shank, and brisket, and is one of the products we are most proud of. Our minced beef has a fat content of approximately 15%, which is slightly higher than standard mince. This provides both excellent frying properties for patties and great flavour for bolognese sauce and taco meat. Our minced beef also has good binding properties, meaning no eggs or breadcrumbs are needed to form, for example, hamburgers or meatballs. TIP! Nitrite-free, sugar-free, and without added flavourings! Together with KustCharken, we have developed what can almost be described as a bacon dream, where really good taste meets honest food craftsmanship. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and has been sliced into slightly thicker pieces.

Liver pâté
KRAV-organic, sliceable artisan pâté made from genuine ingredients! The recipe was developed in collaboration with MälarChark, with them providing the food craftsmanship and us providing the meat from our grass-fed animals. We have chosen to make the pâté entirely from beef/organs, which are combined with ingredients such as cream and spices, with no room for sugar, E-numbers, or artificial flavor enhancers. As it is completely nitrite-free, it is also naturally gray in color.

When you want to explore every corner of the beef world. The Beef Box contains a completely anatomical mix of our grass-fed, organic beef. You'll find mince for bolognese, tacos, and hamburgers. Stewing cuts like chuck, silverside, topside, and stewing beef for slow cooking. Roasts like topside, silverside, sirloin tip, and rump steak for your Sunday roast or picnic. And, of course, prime cuts like sirloin, ribeye, or fillet steak to fry and enjoy. The 30 kg version contains at least one of each cut available on the cow. In the 10 and 20 kg versions, you'll find one of the cuts from each category. Look up any beef recipe you like and pick a suitable piece from the box. Ground beef box 5% (fresh frozen)
Minced beef with about 5% fat content, made from cuts from the entire animal, just like our stewing beef! With slow and careful rearing, the meat from our animals gets a higher proportion of intramuscular fat, which means that our regular minced beef is fattier than mince from conventional farming. By selecting parts of the animal that do not have as much intramuscular fat, we can now offer mince with a slightly lower fat content; of course, this may vary somewhat as each animal is different. Our 5% Minced Beef Box is also flash-frozen immediately after butchering and packaging.

Tallow in a jar – rendered and ready! If you want to use more of the fat from cattle in your cooking, but don't want to render the tallow yourself, this is the perfect product for you. The tallow comes from our grass-fed animals and naturally consists of a high proportion of saturated fat, which makes it well-suited for high-temperature cooking such as frying, deep-frying, or oven-roasting vegetables and potatoes. Our beef tallow is a collaboration with Resville Mathantverk.
